**JOB SUMMARY:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities of the Occupational Safety department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal company policies. * Organize and monitor SIPAT, developing schedules, mobilizing teams, and ensuring the execution of educational and preventive activities. * Lead accident and incident investigations, collecting information, analyzing root causes, and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Issue notifications and guidance to employees, reinforcing safe practices and monitoring case progress when necessary. * Manage Safety indicators (accidents, incidents, frequency and severity rates), preparing management reports for presentation to senior leadership. * Coordinate prevention programs (PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, and other mandatory documents), ensuring updates and compliance with legal requirements. * Promote safety training and capacity building, including onboarding of new employees and periodic refresher courses. * Conduct inspections and internal audits in operational areas, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions. * Support and guide CIPA, ensuring fulfillment of its responsibilities and regular meetings. * Interact with regulatory agencies (Ministry of Labor, Fire Department, etc.) when required, providing documentation and clarifications. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Engineering, Private Security Management, Administration, Environmental Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety, Corporate Security, or Risk Management will be an advantage. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:** * Salary: BRL 3,495.00 + Health Insurance + Transportation Voucher + Onsite Meals. **WORK HOURS:** Employment type: CLT / Working hours - Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
