About the Opportunity: Alcoa is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our Reduction team at the Alumar facility in São Luís, Maranhão, responsible for: * Ensuring implementation of EHS plans by raising awareness among your team through specific guidance, aiming to achieve incident prevention and environmental protection policy objectives; * Performing maintenance services on industrial equipment within your area of responsibility according to technical standards, established planning, and emergency maintenance, ensuring technical and administrative support to maximize equipment efficiency and operational availability; * Monitoring equipment performance to determine maintenance interventions required to guarantee flawless operation at full capacity.
