




**JOB SUMMARY:** * Assist in payroll processing, calculations, data entry, issuing receipts, among others; * Monitor time clock records, overtime calculation, time bank, and medical certificate registration; * Prepare documents for hiring and termination, record information, issue termination papers and conduct exit interviews; * Organize documents, archive information, and manage process control; * Provide employee support, clarify questions, and provide information regarding labor rights and benefits; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in the Human Resources/Payroll department; * Knowledge of payroll, E\-social, and Domínio system; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
