Job Summary: This role involves medical report typing, exam delivery, customer service, scheduling coordination, physician contact for substitutions, patient data verification, and patient guidance for ultrasound exams. Patient Guidance and Accompaniment * **Medical Report Typing;** * **Exam Delivery;** * Customer Service; * Verify and forward the medical schedule with Coordination or the department Analyst; * Contact in-house physicians to substitute for an absent physician's schedule; * Verify medical orders and patient data; * Call patients and accompany them to the ultrasound room; * Guide patients regarding the examination to be performed.
