Job Summary:
Customer service professional providing in-person and online support, responsible for registering customers, directing them to examinations, receiving payments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Requirements: Completed high school education; Minimum 12 months of customer service experience; Good typing skills; Agility; Strong communication and teamwork abilities; Intermediate computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person and online customer service (register customers in the internal system and verify outstanding items);
- Direct customers to undergo examinations;
- Receive payments via credit/debit card, cash, bank transfer, and PIX;
- Reconcile received funds;
- Review daily service records with the examination release department;
- Ensure proper execution of routines and compliance with Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety systems, and focus on continuous improvement of internal processes;
- Send reports to customers, and perform other duties inherent to the position.
