Develop architectural and complementary building projects. Measure and estimate materials and labor costs for construction execution. Conduct inspections and surveys on ongoing construction projects, verifying material and service quality. Prepare technical reports and necessary documentation for construction regularization. Manage construction and demolition waste, ensuring proper waste disposal. Stay updated on technical standards and legislation related to civil construction.
