**Field Service Analyst N2 – Service Provider** Type of opportunity: only for professionals with companies – PJ. Model: In-person support to a 3AM IT client. Period: Fixed term - 12 months with possibility of extension; Business hours; Location: Monte Castelo, São Luís - MA **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Provide second-level support (on-site/remote) for incidents and requests assigned to your service queue. * Provide support for off-the-shelf software, common basic applications, corporate systems, and IT equipment. * Install and configure images approved by ATHENA on devices (Windows 10 or higher). * Provide technical and operational support for Windows 10 or higher operating systems. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Own motorcycle or car and valid driver's license (CNH); * Knowledge of Windows 10 or higher operating systems; * Office 365 suite; computer assembly and maintenance; * Availability to work on-call shifts (24x7, according to schedule). **Differentiators** * ITIL v3 or higher certification * Previous experience in hospital or corporate environments. * Experience in VIP service processes (executive board/senior management) Minimum Education: High School (Secondary School) Desired Education: Information Technology, Higher Education Driver's License: A, B Own vehicle
