Key Responsibilities: * Analyze sales metrics (revenue, margin, average transaction value, conversion rate, targets). * Develop and monitor commercial KPIs. * Prepare management reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, CRM, etc.). * Map market opportunities and customer behavior. * Support target setting and commercial planning. * Conduct pricing studies and competitive analysis. * Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and propose improvements. * Provide strategic support to the commercial team and leadership. * Monitor campaigns, product performance, and results by region/channel.
