**Job Description:**
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at a dynamic, quality-focused burger restaurant. The professional will support food preparation, kitchen organization, and maintenance of hygiene standards.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Assist in preparing hamburgers, sauces, and side dishes
* Assemble burgers according to house standards
* Food sanitation and cutting
* Organize and clean the kitchen and utensils
* Basic inventory and product expiration date control
* Support the team during peak hours
**Requirements:**
* Prior kitchen experience is a plus
* Agility, organization, and teamwork skills
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in burger restaurants or fast-food establishments
* Basic knowledge of good food handling practices
