Application of the BIM methodology * ### **Job Description** Opportunity Description: We have an open position for an Architecture professional, focused on developing architectural and urban planning projects, including rendering, technical coordination, preparation of legal projects, and fulfilling requirements with public agencies. The professional will also handle administrative and commercial tasks, focusing on infrastructure, land subdivision, and urbanization projects, utilizing modern tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: + Development and detailing of architectural and urban planning projects; + Modeling and rendering in Lumion; + Infrastructure projects using InfraWorks and Civil 3D; + Handling technical and legal requirements; + Support for the company’s administrative and commercial tasks; + Application of the BIM methodology in workflow processes (projects and coordination); + Reading and interpreting urban planning codes and regulations. Requirements: + Completed degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Lumion, and InfraWorks; + Experience applying the BIM methodology; + Organized, committed, and possessing strong interpersonal communication skills; + Commercial relationship experience and interface with clients and public agencies is desirable.
