Ready to join this challenge? **Below is the description of responsibilities:** \- Confirm and execute daily meal menus; \- Notify the nutritionist or coordination team when any food item is missing; \- Portion diets; \- Label kitchen-prepared dishes and/or handled foods; \- Label products removed from original packaging with opening date, expiration date, and batch number; \- Complete temperature control spreadsheet and enter data into the system; \- Complete sample control and meal control spreadsheets; \- Maintain the kitchen and associated areas organized and sanitized; \- Perform scheduled cleaning according to assigned dates and items; \- Carry out other related tasks as directed by the area leader and aligned with workflow. **Work schedule**: Shift-based rotating schedule (12 hours on / 36 hours off) with availability to work such shifts. This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCD)!
