This opportunity is intended for young individuals who wish to begin their professional careers, developing practical skills in a corporate environment while attending a theoretical course at a partner institution (SENAI). **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Age between 14 and 24 years; Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; Availability for a daily 4-hour shift, either in the morning or afternoon; Interest in developing a career in the administrative field. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Good communication skills; Organizational skills; Proactivity and willingness to learn; Basic computer knowledge. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Cafeteria Rest area Athletic association **Work Location:** ---------------------- GDM \- HEAD OFFICE **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Morning: 7:45 AM to 11:45 AM; Afternoon: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Young Apprentice Program in partnership with SENAI: 3 days at the company \+ 2 days of coursework (Plaszom I).
