Job Summary: Logistics Operator for a mobile unit, responsible for driving a multidisciplinary team, ensuring vehicle operation and maintenance, and completing daily routes. Key Highlights: 1. As a Logistics Operator, you will work alongside our Mobile Unit team, managing the following processes: Drive light and medium-sized vehicles transporting the multidisciplinary team to service locations, complying with traffic legislation, internal company policies, and client regulations; Perform vehicle inspection before starting work; Ensure proper vehicle and equipment operation, taking preventive measures as specified in manuals and regulations; Execute daily established routes across various regions; Support vehicle maintenance and upkeep, preserving fleet condition and image; **Ensure reporting of incidents occurring during routes:** Accidents, collisions, and others. **What We Seek:** Driver's license category C\- D or E; Availability for long trips lasting at least 90 consecutive days away from home; Proven experience in the field; Computer literacy; Knowledge of automotive maintenance; Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (strong oral presentation); Completed high school education. **It Would Also Be Great If You Have:** Experience in occupational health or related fields. **Here’s What We Offer:** Competitive remuneration: R$3\.173,68\+ travel bonus; **Meal Allowance:** R$22.00 per worked day (no deduction); **DENTALUNI:** Dental plan with no monthly fee, no co-payment, and no waiting period after probationary period; **Mihmo App:** Free telemedicine consultations with our team of psychologists, nutritionists, physical educators, and family physicians; Birthday Day Off; SESC membership benefits; Transportation voucher (6% deduction); CLT position \- 100% in-person \- immediate start!
