Job Summary: Lead financial planning, conduct annual budgeting, and manage monthly forecasts, acting as a strategic Business Partner. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as a strategic Business Partner 2. Developing and monitoring financial and operational KPIs **We have positions available for persons with disabilities (PCD)** **Responsibilities:** Lead the end-to-end financial planning cycle, including development of the annual budget (Budget) and management of monthly forecasts (Forecasts). Act as a strategic Business Partner, serving as the focal point for presenting monthly results and aligning assumptions with managers across other departments and branches. For monthly closing, coordinate managerial routines, ensuring critical analysis of sales, costs, margins, and expenses, and preparing detailed reports. Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement), working capital analysis, and feasibility assessments for new investments and projects (NPV, IRR, Payback), managing Capex control. Provide direct support for audit processes and maintenance of internal controls. **Requirements:** Minimum 5 years of experience in the field. Bachelor’s degree completed in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting. Advanced Excel proficiency; Power Query or Power BI knowledge is a plus.
