





The Training & Product Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for employees, as well as creating and updating instructional materials and content related to the company’s products. This professional works strategically to ensure team capability development and in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings. * Develop and implement employee training programs aligned with the company’s strategies and business needs. * Create and update instructional materials, manuals, and content related to the company’s products, ensuring quality and continuous updates. * Conduct in-person and/or online training sessions, delivering theoretical and practical instruction to employees, customers, and partners. * Monitor training performance, evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, and propose continuous improvements to training programs. * Provide consultative support by offering technical assistance and answering product-related questions for both internal teams and customers. * Participate in strategic meetings to align training initiatives with the company’s goals and objectives. * Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and market trends, seeking innovations for training programs. * Collaborate with other departments—such as Marketing and Sales—to ensure integration of training initiatives with commercial strategies. * Prepare monitoring and results reports for training activities, presenting performance metrics and KPIs to leadership. * Promote a culture of continuous learning within the company, encouraging professional development and excellence in product knowledge.
