### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Job Description:** We are seeking a Monitoring Operator to join our team in São José. The Monitoring Operator will be responsible for supervising and operating security monitoring systems, ensuring effective detection and response to incidents and risk situations. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and operate security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and other monitoring devices. * Identify and assess suspicious activities or risk situations and take necessary actions according to established procedures. * Communicate with security and intervention teams in real time, providing accurate information and coordinating appropriate actions. * Maintain detailed records of incidents, activities, and actions taken during the work shift. * Collaborate with team members and provide support during emergencies or crises. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (or equivalent). * Prior experience in security monitoring or similar roles is desirable. * Basic knowledge of security systems, such as surveillance cameras, alarm triggering, access control, and remote reception. * Familiarity with CCTV system reporting and incident handling. ### **JOB BENEFITS** **Benefits offered:** Transportation Allowance (round trip) – 6% payroll deduction ️Meal/ Food Allowance – R$40.00 per shift – 20% payroll deduction Attendance Bonus: R$170.00 to R$200.00 (valid for employees with no absences, tardiness, or warnings) Health Insurance – available after probation period Dental Insurance – available after probation period ️SESC Partnership ️‍ ️Pratique Gym Partnership offering special conditions and discounts Join a company that values professionalism, technology, and teamwork!
