The Tubarão plant specializes in manufacturing aluminum profiles for the civil construction market and also houses an anodizing unit for surface finishing of aluminum profiles. It is also home to Hydro’s general tooling facility. You will be part of a future-oriented business by joining us on a transformative journey. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------- Work at Hydro Extrusion Brasil S.A., operating and adjusting aluminum furnaces autonomously, monitoring critical process variables, and ensuring quality and stability. Conduct technical analyses, propose improvements, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams. Additionally, deliver training and support less-experienced operators; ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards; and lead shift activities when required. **Key Responsibilities** * Support monitors, supervisors, and coordinators within your area of responsibility by monitoring, reallocating, and guiding teams, and by monitoring, controlling, and executing production-related activities (machine operation), including manufacturing methods and processes, to achieve established production targets; * Assign tasks to less-experienced employees in the area, per instructions from the immediate supervisor; * Enter finalized production orders into the designated system; * Participate in departmental meetings, as well as meetings with departments interfacing with Production; * Ensure quality of procedures and products within the area, as well as overall maintenance of the facility and equipment; * Monitor, control, and guide team members and execution of established activities and processes under supervision or coordination. **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- **Academic Qualifications** * Completed high school education required; **Knowledge and Skills** * Strong experience in the industrial sector; * Availability to work rotating shifts required; * Must reside near the plant.
