Time tracking, hour bank management, and work schedule monitoring. Hiring, terminations, and contract administration. Vacation management, leaves of absence, and employee record updates. Fulfillment of ancillary obligations (eSocial, DIRF, RAIS, etc.). Employee assistance and internal department support. **Education** Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. **Knowledge** Knowledge of labor legislation; Proficiency in payroll routines and time-tracking systems; Preferred knowledge of the Metadados system. **Attitude** Organized; Focused; Detail-oriented.
