Technical document and supply chain management * ### **Job Description** Manage the fleet supporting construction sites and related departments; Record and monitor construction activity start and end times; Assist in regularizing company areas with competent authorities; Prepare meeting minutes for alignment sessions and record relevant information; Monitor and supervise construction progress, reporting deviations and requirements; Manage material inventory to ensure organization and adequate supply; Verify and organize technical documents, such as drawings, descriptive specifications, checklists, and construction start/end records; Request materials, supplies, and other resources required for construction execution; Assist in contracting requests with contractors and service providers; Support control and management of equipment and tools used on construction sites; Update construction billing information and assist in issuing technical and control documents; Request billing and expense forecasts from responsible teams; Monitor contracts, deadlines, deliveries, and related documentation. * ### **Field of Activity:** Engineering and Construction * ### **CBO Position Code:** Engineering Assistant (Civil Construction) * ### **Education Requirement:** Incomplete Higher Education * ### **Salary Range** From R$ 3.000,00 to R$ 4.000,00 * ### **Contract Type** Fixed-term * ### **Work Format** On-site * ### **Other Information** Must the candidate be available for travel?
