Job Summary: Work in the Engineering and Maintenance area, operating and controlling refrigeration and water pump systems, performing preventive maintenance, and monitoring equipment. Monitor parameters for operational efficiency **Job Mission:** Work in the Engineering and Maintenance area, operating refrigeration systems, starting motors, fans, and pneumatic and electroelectronic control devices; verifying the operation of compressors, ammonia and glycol pumps; inspecting evaporators and condensers; controlling refrigeration system operations, performing basic preventive maintenance—including equipment cleaning, oil replacement and replenishment; operating and monitoring the water pump station for hygiene and production use, as well as carrying out other related and inherent duties. Main Responsibilities: * Operate refrigeration systems by starting motors, fans, and pneumatic and electroelectronic control devices to ensure proper system operation. * Verify the operation of compressors, ammonia and glycol pumps. * Inspect evaporators and condensers. * Control refrigeration system operations, performing basic preventive maintenance—including equipment cleaning, oil replacement and replenishment. * Operate and monitor the water pump station for hygiene and production use. * Use communication equipment to record operational incidents and complete routine reports. * Perform tasks in accordance with technical, quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection standards and procedures. * Conduct inspections to diagnose the condition and operational status of machinery. * Monitor equipment parameters to ensure operational efficiency.
