Job Summary: Senior software testing professional to define testing strategies, implement test automation, and drive continuous QA improvement in agile and CI/CD environments. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement of QA and DevOps Description: * Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, including at least 1 year at senior level; * Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and continuous integration; * Experience in API and web interface test automation; * Automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Postman, JMeter; * Continuous integration: Git, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure Pipelines; * Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle (executing queries and data validation); * Knowledge of DevOps concepts and source code versioning. * Define system testing strategy (functional, regression, integration, performance, security); * Develop and review test plans and test cases based on technical and business requirements; * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, refinements, etc.), contributing a quality perspective; * Execute manual and automated tests, identifying defects and non-conformities; * Develop and maintain test automation scripts (API, UI, mobile, performance); * Perform exploratory and usability testing when required; * Ensure traceability among requirements, test cases, and defects; * Document and report test results clearly and accurately; * Support the definition of quality metrics and performance indicators (e.g., defect rate, test coverage, cycle time); * Serve as a technical mentor for junior test analysts and technicians; * Collaborate with developers and systems analysts to prevent defects and anticipate risks; * Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and DevOps practices; * Participate in implementing CI/CD pipelines with a focus on quality. 2512110202491859589
