Our mission is to ensure that credit decisions — both granting and portfolio management — are always customer-oriented. We will build the Customer Profile by considering the customer’s current relationship stage with Bradesco and their specific needs. We will support credit decisions through Risk, Segmentation, and Affordability tools, ensuring more accurate analyses. We will also guarantee the most suitable offer for each customer, enhancing the relationship between Credit Service and Customer Knowledge Level. Additionally, we will define the most relevant success indicators, as well as their measurement methods and reporting formats. Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Scientist PL, you will work in Credit Management – Customer-Centric Vision, and your main responsibilities will include: * Define and monitor the metrics required to ensure the customer remains central to decision-making, as well as the linkage between our actions and the Bank’s objectives; * Contribute to building and validating predictive models (e.g., risk, engagement, payment capacity), using tools such as Databricks, Teradata, Hive, and SAS; * Ensure the optimal offer for the customer, considering model accuracy, the customer’s current stage, and the Bank’s strategy; * Coordinate with other Credit Policy areas to ensure they have the necessary tools for Customer-Centric Decision-Making. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in STEM or related fields; * Experience in Credit: Data Science, Modeling, Quantitative Methods, Portfolio/Projections, and Policies; * Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R programming. Platforms: Databricks, Teradata, Hive, Power BI, and SAS. It would be an advantage if you have: * Participated in Customer Segmentation projects, risk level definition, or payment capacity assessment; * Participated in developing or reviewing Credit Policies (filters, risk appetite, credit conditions). **Application deadline: 02/20/2026**
