Responsibilities: * Plan and monitor equipment deliveries and pickups * Manage fleet, routes, drivers, and maintenance * Coordinate the operational team * Ensure yard organization and equipment control * Maintain contact with clients and companies to present and sell services * Support event operations * Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements Requirements: * Preferred education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Experience in operational or logistics management * Experience leading teams * Driver's license category AB * Availability for on-site work in Criciúma/SC Preferred Qualification: * Experience in event management Please submit your resume with **salary expectations**!
