In this model, customer service occurs primarily through tools, processes, and AI agents, while operations are designed to build consistent and lasting relationships with our customers. This is a strategic and highly visible project with strong exposure to Kavak’s local and global leadership. Upon the initiative’s success, our role will be to scale and export this technology and new paradigm to all other countries where Kavak operates.
