Administrative routine support and appointment scheduling **OPEN POSITION \| RECEPTIONIST (ARACATI – BUSINESS HOURS)** **Viva Saúde Integrada** has an opportunity for a **Receptionist** at its **Aracati** unit, working during business hours. We seek an organized, communicative individual focused on delivering humanized and excellent service to patients. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Appointment scheduling, confirmation, and calendar organization; * Patient reception and welcoming; * Management of patient flow and support to the clinical team; * Information and document control; * Administrative support at the reception desk. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: business hours * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, punctuality, and professional demeanor; * Proficiency with technology and WhatsApp-based customer service; * Prior experience in clinic or healthcare reception is a plus. **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and responsibility; * Courtesy, empathy, and patient focus; * Commitment to goals, schedules, and processes; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 * Cash handling allowance * Performance bonus * Commissions **Location:** Viva Saúde Integrada – Aracati **Employment Type:** CLT Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Payment: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal voucher Experience: * Clinic (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
