Job Summary: Professional to manage IT events, monitor devices, backup environments, and database servers, as well as handle incidents and requests. Key Highlights: 1. IT event and environment management and monitoring 2. First-level incident and request handling 3. Focus on monitoring and information security **Description of activities the professional will perform:** Manage IT events represented as alerts in the monitoring system and interact to restore service; Monitor IT devices; Monitor backup environments; Monitor volumes (disks) on database servers; Open service tickets with service providers in case of link outages or equipment errors; Physical Data Center checklist; Initial incident handling (first level) and escalation when necessary (second level); Request handling; creation/deactivation of AD accounts. **Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:** Essential Knowledge: Monitoring tools (operational and monitoring dynamics) (Dynatrace, ZABBIX, Grafana, AppDynamic, PowerApp); Windows Server (Basic); LINUX (Basic); Technical English; ITIL; Network Architecture (Basic); Information Security (Basic); AD\-Active Directory; BACKUP (Basic routines) **Education:** Completed Bachelor's Degree **Experience Duration:** 2 years ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Monitoring, Information Security ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Government
