The IT Coordinator will be responsible for leading IT projects alongside the department manager, ensuring infrastructure efficiency, system security, and operational sustainability. This role supports strategy definition, monitors project progress, and resolves technical issues to ensure optimal performance of the company’s technological resources. **Responsibilities and Duties:** · Coordinate the IT team, assigning tasks and guiding team members. · Define IT department strategies aligned with company objectives. · Monitor IT project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. · Analyze and propose solutions to technical problems to optimize systems. · Manage technology vendors, negotiating contracts and evaluating services. · Ensure information security by implementing appropriate policies and procedures. · Stay updated on technological trends and innovations, proposing continuous improvements. · Collaborate with other departments to align IT requirements with overall corporate strategies. · Engage with vendors and partners to support specification of back-office area needs. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in leadership roles within multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of ERP system implementation/management, preferably TOTVS products and/or Hospitality or Club Management Systems. * Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, firewalls, and institutional policies. * Experience implementing customer experience programs.
