At CPFL, you'll find a solid environment to grow with confidence, safely evolve, and have space to build a purposeful future. **Machine Operator Pl “Affirmative Position PwD”** Where you will work: Aracati/CE Work model: On-site Company: CPFL Renováveis – A company of the CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** * High school diploma required. * Valid CNH C driver's license; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; * Required training and certification in MOP, Machine Operator (loader, backhoe, bulldozer, etc); * Availability to work in Aracati/CE required; * Availability for frequent travel required; * Desirable two years of experience as a Machine Operator. * Must be a person with disability or INSS-rehabilitated. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Clean access roads by loading and dumping materials (dune sand). * Operate motorized vehicles such as 4x4 pickup trucks certified under MOPP (CNH B) to refuel machinery. * Perform daily equipment maintenance (lubrication, refueling, cleaning, etc.) and report any anomalies identified to management. * Complete daily machine reports according to established maintenance plans. * Carry out minor repairs and tighten hoses and engines using rotary tools such as drills and screwdrivers. * Operate motorized vehicles used for cargo transportation according to equipment maintenance plans. **What we offer:** * Transportation; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical insurance; * Dental insurance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life insurance; * Profit sharing (PLR); * Wellhub; * Fale Comigo Program (free and confidential phone support for psychological, legal, financial, and social assistance). **Get to know us a little better:** We operate in Brazil’s electricity sector and have a solid history since 1912 of contributing to the development of the cities and states we serve through solutions in **generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision**.
