Collaborating with product, UX/UI, and technical teams **What We’re Looking For** ================== We seek a **ServiceNow Developer** to work on project **WAVE 9193**, focusing on building and enhancing solutions using **Corporate Workflow (ServiceNow)**, integrations, and automations. The professional will develop workflows, automations, and custom applications, contributing to digital transformation through scalable solutions aligned with business rules. **Responsibilities** ===================== * Develop, configure, and customize applications on the **ServiceNow (App Engine)** platform * Design and implement solutions in the **Employee Portal / Employee Center** * Work with **workflows, automations, and integrations** with internal systems and third-party applications * Collaborate with **product, UX/UI, and technical teams** * Ensure **code quality and adherence to best practices** * Create and maintain **technical documentation** * Support **incident analysis, resolution, and improvements** * Participate in **code reviews, technical estimations, and agile ceremonies** **Requirements and Qualifications** ============================== * Proven experience as a **ServiceNow Developer (Mid-level or Senior)** * Proficiency in: + **App Engine Studio** + **Flow Designer** + **Data Modeling** + **UI Builder** * Experience with **Employee Center / Employee Portal** * Solid knowledge of: + **JavaScript** + **HTML** + **CSS** + **ServiceNow APIs** * Experience creating **Custom Apps in ServiceNow** **Behavioral Profile** ============================ We are looking for someone who: * Has an **analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach** * Is **collaborative and works effectively in multidisciplinary teams** * Demonstrates **organization and attention to technical quality** * Shows **proactivity and ownership mindset** * Is interested in **continuous improvement and innovation** With over 35 years in the market and operations in 16 countries, GFT employs more than 12\.000 people worldwide, including 4\.000 in Brazil.
