Collaborate with marketing and communications teams. **Graphic Designer \- Senior Web Designer** =========================================== Stanley's \| Barueri \- SP \| On-site We are looking for a Graphic Designer \- Senior Web Designer to join our team in the hair transplant sector. The professional will be responsible for creating attractive and informative visual experiences that effectively connect our services with our customers. **Responsibilities:*** Develop and implement designs for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns targeting the hair transplant audience. * Create visual layouts that convey the company’s value proposition, ensuring consistency with the brand identity. * Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to produce promotional materials, infographics, and visual content that educate and attract customers. * Perform adjustments and improvements on existing projects, using feedback and performance analytics to optimize results. * Stay updated on design trends and best practices in the health and aesthetics industry. **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic and web design, preferably in health or aesthetics-related sectors. * A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design skills and a creative approach. * Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and Sketch. * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UX/UI principles. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Salary Range To be discussed Employment Type PJ (Individual Contractor) Benefits . * Develop attractive and functional layouts for websites, sales pages, lead capture pages, creative materials, and web applications. * Integrate Direct Marketing and Inbound Marketing principles into design solutions. * Ensure all projects meet accessibility, usability, and SEO standards. * Create and implement innovative layouts for social media posts, advertisements, and email marketing. * Analyze the market to identify relevant and applicable creative trends for our area. * Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs effectively communicate the brand message. * Create and maintain Design Systems and brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency. * Ensure uniform application of the brand’s visual identity across all communication materials. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, respecting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. * Organize and manage visual files and assets to facilitate efficient access and usage by the team. * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Proven experience as a Digital Designer, with emphasis on website and landing page creation; * Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * Familiarity with UX/UI principles, focusing on user-centered design to develop intuitive and functional interfaces; * Proficiency in graphic and web design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or similar; * Preferred: Experience building web pages using Elementor or WordPress; * Strong creative and aesthetic skills, with the ability to produce impactful and effective visual designs; * Understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, and visual composition; * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously; * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret and implement design briefs; * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years as a Digital Designer, focused on website and landing page creation; * **Programming:** Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * **UX/UI:** Solid understanding of user-centered design and user experience principles, aiming to create intuitive and functional interfaces; * **Software:** Proficiency in graphic and web design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or similar; * **Advantages:** Knowledge of Elementor and WordPress for web page development; * **Creativity:** Creative and aesthetic skills, with the ability to develop impactful and effective visual designs; * **Graphic Design:** Familiarity with graphic design principles, typography, layout, and visual composition; * **Teamwork:** Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously; * **Communication:** Excellent communication skills, with aptitude to interpret and implement design briefs.
