We are seeking someone curious, communicative, and interested in learning about **corporate customer service and web technologies**. The intern will engage in direct contact with clients, assisting in organizing requests and supporting the technical team with testing, validations, and minor implementations. **Responsibilities:** * Provide **first-level support** to customers via WhatsApp and ticketing system; * **Organize and monitor tickets**, keeping queues updated according to project priorities; * **Analyze new requests**, interpreting requirements and determining whether customer follow-up, additional details, or technical escalation are needed; * **Validate and test deliveries**, ensuring quality before final release; * **Participate in client meetings**, preparing and maintaining **meeting minutes and tracking schedules**; * **Handle internal tickets** using the Back Office system; * Work on **junior development**, performing simple corrections, adjustments, and programming improvements (level 1\); * **Collaborate with the technical team** in developing web solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of New\-I's systems. **Desirable Requirements** * **Basic knowledge in:** ASP, ASP.Net, C\#, CSS, HTML, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP * **Operating Systems:** Windows * Basic understanding of **databases (SQL Server)**; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organized with attention to detail; **Hiring Details** * **Work Model:** Hybrid (1 day per week at the office – Alphaville, SP); * During the first months, you will participate in an **intensive team training**, requiring more in-person days — a great opportunity to learn, exchange experiences, and immerse yourself in New\-I’s daily operations! **Benefits** * Internship stipend * Meal allowance * Birthday Day Off * Life insurance Liked the position?
