We are looking for a **hands-on Senior Tech Lead** to technically lead our development team, ensuring scalable architecture, engineering best practices, code quality, and high-impact deliveries. This role will operate both strategically and operationally, with autonomy in technical decision-making and mentoring developers. **Responsibilities and duties** ### **Responsibilities** * Technically lead development squads, actively participating in coding. * Define system architecture, development standards, and best practices. * Develop and evolve solutions using **AWS, Node.js, Python, Next.js, React, Vue.js/Nuxt, Prisma, and TypeScript**. * Manage **CI/CD** pipelines and deployment automations using **GitFlow, Docker, and tools such as Nifi and Airflow**. * Ensure performance, scalability, security, and observability of systems. * Implement and monitor applications with **Grafana, logs, and metrics**. * Act as a technical reference, supporting the team in decision-making and promoting a culture of excellence. * Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and business areas to ensure solution alignment. ### **Required Technologies and Tools** **Backend \& DevOps:** * Node.js, Python * Prisma ORM * AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, EC2, RDS, etc.) * Docker, GitFlow, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) * Apache Nifi / Airflow * Integration and observability with Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch **Frontend:** * React, Next.js * Vue.js / Nuxt.js * TypeScript **Requirements and qualifications** ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience as **Tech Lead or Senior Developer** leading teams and technical decisions. * Practical experience with **distributed architectures, microservices, and cloud (AWS)**. * Proficiency in **Node.js and/or Python** with relational and non-relational databases. * Experience with **CI/CD, containers (Docker)**, and deployment automation. * Solid knowledge in **monitoring and observability (Grafana)**. * **Hands-on** profile, collaborative, with product vision. ### **Desirable Qualifications (Nice to Have)** * Knowledge in **serverless or event-driven architecture**. * Experience with **data engineering or data pipelines**. * AWS certifications. * Experience with agile teams (Scrum, Kanban). ### **Work Model and Culture** * **Hybrid – Alphaville** * Environment of innovation, autonomy, and high performance. * Culture focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **Here we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
