Mentoring junior developers and contributing to team growth. ### **What is the mission?** As a Front End Developer, you will work collaboratively, with technical leadership and strategic alignment, as part of our technology team, helping evolve our digital solutions. Your primary mission will be to ensure that solutions deliver an excellent user experience and align with best development practices. ### **What will you do daily?** * Develop modern, responsive, and performant interfaces using Vue.js and Svelte. * Collaborate with the design and product teams to transform requirements into technical solutions. * Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best development practices. * Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth. * Refactor code safely, maintaining readability/cohesion and ensuring legacy functionality remains intact after changes. * Ensure documentation aligns with the system’s actual behavior. * Actively participate in root cause analyses of technical incidents, efficiently isolating failures. * Contribute to story refinement with technical insight and dependency mapping, providing more accurate, experience-based estimates. * Monitor metrics, logs, and alerts. ### **What does Educbank expect from you?** * Solid Frontend development experience with modern technologies such as Vue.js, Svelte, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Jest, and Vite. * Knowledge of modern styling (HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind or similar). * Proficiency in using libraries and frameworks for interface development. * Development of modern interfaces in Vue.js, focusing on quality, performance, and maintainability. * Creation and maintenance of reusable components following our Design System. * Ensuring adherence to layouts and prototypes defined by the UX/UI team. * Familiarity with RESTful API architecture. * Consistent application of design patterns and service integration via APIs. * Writing clean, reusable, testable, and easily maintainable code. * Addressing bugs, implementing continuous improvements, and evolving the codebase. ### **To go beyond:** * Experience in startups or fintechs. * Experience with chatbots, AI, LLMs. * Advanced English (other languages are desirable); * Experience with Design Systems (Storybook, documentation, versioning). * Experience with other modern frameworks (React, Svelte, etc.). * Experience working closely with product/design teams (Figma, handoff, design tokens). * Basic knowledge of DevOps/GitOps (CI/CD, deployment, environments). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
