Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and overseeing factory programs at dealerships, participating in alignment meetings, training new employees, automating processes, and proactively identifying indicator deviations. Training of new employees **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitor and oversee factory programs within the dealership; * Participate in meetings with managers to align factory and dealership programs and indicators; * Train new employees on factory programs, processes, and guidelines; * Automate internal processes; * Monitor and proactively identify indicator deviations for which the dealership is accountable to the factory. **Technical Competencies:** * Knowledge of automobile dealership processes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with the NBS automotive management system is desirable.
