Since 1982 in Brazil, we serve the largest national foodservice customers, including McDonald's, Bob’s, Subway, Giraffas, KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, etc. Beyond Brazil, we operate in 17 other countries worldwide.* Learn more at **www.martinbrower.com.br** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your responsibilities and challenges be?** * Team management. * Management of Supply Planning processes. * Coordinate and optimize all aspects of supply planning—from order management to inventory control. * Coordinate planning and placement of orders, ensuring supply requirements are met. * Continuously monitor inventory levels and product movement, ensuring healthy stock levels. * Track the order lifecycle—from placement to receipt—performing follow\-up with suppliers. * Control receiving processes at Distribution Centers (DCs) and interact with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues. * Analyze product demand and adjust operations as needed, maintaining high responsiveness. * Facilitate alignment meetings with operations, suppliers, and customers to ensure all stakeholders are on the same page; * Ensure sustainability of supply chain processes (purchasing planning, ABC analysis, inventory policy) **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need to have/know/demonstrate?** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience managing teams. * Advanced Office Suite proficiency, with emphasis on Excel. * Experience with inventory policy and ABC analysis. * Experience with risk management, including development of product disposition scenarios. * ERP system knowledge. * Knowledge of the S\&OP process. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Desirable:** * Power BI knowledge. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Bradesco Health Insurance; Odontoprev Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; On-site meals; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Birthday Day Off; Wellhub; Profit Sharing Program (PLR); And more... ***People are MB’s most important asset—and it is our people who drive our company further every day!
