A Transportation and Logistics company is seeking a Quality Inspector in Embu das Artes (Downtown). WMotion is a company specialized in mobility and technology solutions. It provides services aimed at optimizing the user experience on digital platforms. **Responsibilities:** Ensure that products, processes, and services comply with quality standards, internal regulations, legal requirements, and certification criteria. Inspect processes, documents, and operations, monitoring quality routines and identifying non-conformities. Use measurement, analysis, and control tools to report failures and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with procedures of the Quality Management System (QMS), good storage and transportation practices. Control and ensure proper completion, verification, archiving, and traceability of quality documents and records. Implement and monitor non-conforming product control processes, incident handling, corrective actions, and preventive actions. Maintain temperature records, support qualification processes for facilities, packaging, and equipment, as well as ice replacement control for perishable products. Verify validity of licenses, authorizations, instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, and pest control, requesting renewals when necessary. Promote and conduct training for employees, partners, and agents, evaluating training effectiveness. Guide teams on best practices, quality policy, and procedure compliance. Report executed activities and results to the area supervisor. Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, propose solutions, and contribute to achieving departmental goals. Ensure proper and safe product handling to meet customer satisfaction. Position based in Embu das Artes / SP.
