We are looking for a Senior DBA to join our team. Requirements and Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and maintain complex Oracle and SQL Server environments, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security. * Perform advanced performance tuning (SQL tuning, query optimization, index management, AWR/ASH analysis, and wait event analysis). * Implement and administer high-availability solutions (Oracle RAC/Data Guard, SQL Server AlwaysOn, and clustering). * Define and operate robust backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies for both DBMSs (including RMAN). * Apply patches, updates, and architectural optimizations. * Develop automations to improve operational efficiency and reduce rework. * Serve as an expert in advanced troubleshooting, supporting development teams and critical applications. * Conduct capacity planning, growth analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance, security, and adherence to corporate data policies. * Exercise technical leadership, guiding teams and directing strategic data architecture decisions.
