




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and proactive Salesforce professional to develop and customize solutions, contributing to CRM and Digital Transformation projects. This professional will play a key role in building scalable solutions, applying best practices, and providing technical support to the team, contributing to CRM and Digital Transformation projects. * Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform; * Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, ensuring quality and performance; * Participate in requirement analysis and elicitation with business areas; * Contribute to defining technical solutions and Salesforce architecture; * Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs; * Ensure development best practices, security, and governance; * Participate in code reviews and provide technical support to team members; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Business). **Requirements:** * Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce development; * Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows; * Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; * Knowledge of integrations via REST and SOAP APIs; * Experience with Git and version control; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
