The candidate will work on implementation projects for the Sales, Marketing (Insights), Customer Service, and Field Service modules of Dynamics 365 CRM, responsible for validating solution alignment with client business processes. They will participate in identifying operational scenarios and workflows, ensuring implemented functionalities meet project requirements and align with the platform’s native capabilities. ***Salary Range*** To be discussed **Join Nexer** Requirements: **What we expect from you:** * 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance roles; * Plan, execute, and document functional, exploratory, and regression tests; * Create and maintain automated test scenarios (desirable for mid-level); * Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and evidence; * Participate in refinement and validation sessions with product and development teams; * Report bugs clearly and track fixes through to user acceptance testing; * Conduct integration testing with CRM-related systems and others; * Support defining acceptance criteria and quality best practices; * Contribute to continuous improvement of QA and DevOps processes; * Work with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, among others (desirable). **What boosts your chances:** * Strong communication skills and customer focus; * Proactivity and resilience; * Good organizational skills; * Clear logical reasoning; * Dynamism; * Openness and transparency; * Proven experience in manual and automated testing; * Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG (desirable); * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Experience in CRM or integrated corporate system projects.
