Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-level professional to plan, create, and execute test scenarios, focusing on functional testing, integrations, and regression testing, while contributing to process improvements and quality enhancement. Opportunities for continuous professional growth and development **What We’re Looking For:** A Mid-level professional experienced in **(Functional Testing)**. Preferably hybrid, with 1–2 days per week onsite in Morumbi/SP. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, design, and execute test scenarios and test cases for EPC, CPQ, and OmniStudio; * Test workflows involving OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards; * Perform UI testing (Lightning/OmniScript) and API testing (REST/SOAP); * Analyze JSON/XML payloads, logs, traces, and data via SOQL; * Conduct functional, integration, regression, and negative testing; * Prepare and maintain test data, evidence, and documentation; * Log defects and track fixes in coordination with Development, Architecture, CPQ, and Catalog teams; * Contribute to process improvement, continuous quality initiatives, and support automation efforts (UI/API) as needed. **Requirements:** * Experience with Salesforce Core & Industries (Vlocity/OmniStudio); * Proficiency in EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog): products, attributes, versions, rules; * Solid knowledge of Industries CPQ: shopping cart, pricing, promotions, reprice, bundles; * Experience with OmniStudio: OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors (ETL), FlexCards; * Log analysis and SOQL query execution; * Experience with Postman/Insomnia and API testing; * Experience with test management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps or similar. **Nice-to-Have:** * Telecom industry experience; * Familiarity with test automation (UI and/or API); * Knowledge of billing, taxation, or ERP integrations. **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a candidate who: * Enjoys working in teams and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Possesses the **courage** to challenge themselves, go beyond expectations, and embrace new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions**, consistently pursuing excellence in all tasks; * Demonstrates strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling challenging and **innovative** technological situations.
