Provide technical and functional support to WMS users, ensuring continuous system operation. Monitor orders, movements, and process statuses within the WMS, identifying failures and resolving incidents. Conduct operational data analysis (inventory, orders, productivity, discrepancies) and propose evidence-based solutions. Develop, update, and monitor performance dashboards and reports (KPIs) using BI tools. Map logistical and operational processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains. Handle Level 1 and Level 2 WMS-related incidents, coordinating with infrastructure, IT, and vendor teams as needed. Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Support the implementation of improvements, updates, and new WMS modules. Perform functional testing (UAT and QA) prior to releases and changes. You must hold a degree in IT-related fields such as Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Prior experience in technical support—especially in WMS environments—is a plus. Additionally, problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for success in this position.
