The professional will be responsible for monitoring operational performance, supporting KPI control, and contributing to the execution and continuous improvement of implementation and operations processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support project and operations management in the water segment, focusing on control and execution; * Monitor schedules, costs, performance indicators (SLAs), and delivery quality; * Consolidate information and prepare managerial reports to support decision-making; * Conduct critical analyses of operational data and propose process improvements; * Collaborate with technical areas, suppliers, and field teams to ensure operational effectiveness; * Contribute to achieving project goals with a proactive attitude and results-oriented focus; * Support the technical development of the solution for the client; * When required, work directly onsite at the client’s facilities; * Provide technical support to field teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in operations, implementation, or projects within the telecommunications and/or utilities sectors, preferably water; * Knowledge of schedule control, SLAs, and operational performance analysis; * Analytical ability, organization, and autonomy to manage multiple concurrent tasks; * Collaborative profile, with strong communication skills and a delivery-focused mindset; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** Here’s what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
