




**About the position:** We are seeking a generalist professional with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills to manage Payroll and HR functions. The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing employee inquiries (both operational and administrative staff), managing the time-tracking system, and ensuring efficiency in hiring and offboarding processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Electronic Time Tracking Management:** Daily monitoring, handling exceptions, and managing overtime and time-off-in-lieu (for a workforce exceeding 60 employees). * **Payroll Department Routine Tasks (Coordination with Accounting):** Full management of onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and leave processes, ensuring accurate information is provided to Accounting for payroll processing. * **Employee Support:** Acting as the direct contact to resolve employee questions regarding payslips, payments, deductions, and specific agreements—demonstrating patience and clarity when interacting with field teams. * **Benefits Administration:** Procurement and management of benefits (e.g., Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Life Insurance, etc.). * **Documentation and Compliance:** Maintaining organized employee files, tracking probationary contract deadlines, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws – CLT). **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Experience:** Proven experience in Payroll Department routines (with emphasis on time-tracking closure and payroll reconciliation). * **Technical Knowledge:** Up-to-date knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * **Behavioral Profile:** Adaptability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders (from operational staff to senior management), strong organizational skills, and assertiveness in enforcing deadlines. **Benefits:** * **Meal Voucher:** BRL 27.00 per day * **Food Allowance:** BRL 263.00 per month * **Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRP)** * **Life Insurance** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Salary: BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company-issued mobile phone * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
