We are seeking a committed, proactive **Operational/Facilities Supervisor** with strong leadership and process control skills to supervise teams specializing in **professional cleaning, landscaping, glass cleaning, and building maintenance.** This professional will be responsible for operational oversight of activities at client sites, team management, process control, and administrative support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise internal teams to ensure excellence in service delivery, assigning tasks to **cleaners, landscapers, glass cleaners, and maintenance staff**, while guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety standards; * Monitor, guide, and train team members; * Develop and manage work schedules, coverage for absences and vacations; * Manage and request materials, PPE, and uniforms; * Monitor adherence to operational routines in controlled environments (e.g., laboratories, offices, technical areas); * Prepare **operational reports and basic administrative records** (spreadsheets, control forms, checklists); * Interact with clients to ensure service excellence; * Identify process improvements and propose solutions to increase efficiency; * Prepare periodic managerial reports for operational monitoring and decision-making; * Stay updated on current regulations, guidelines, and legislation relevant to assigned services, as well as new equipment and administrative strategies, including participation in conferences and trade fairs. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Administration, Facilities Management, or related fields. * Prior experience coordinating/supervising facilities or building maintenance.
