This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.* We are seeking a Service Electromechanic II, whose mission will be to coordinate and execute field equipment assembly activities in accordance with project specifications, aiming to meet pre-established delivery deadlines, cost targets, and quality requirements. Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic adjustments to machines/equipment to maintain them in optimal operating condition. Job Description * Execute the agreed-upon project, install and/or replace parts, reprogram, test, and release for production. Prepare and submit reports on performed services as per procedure. * Visit customers to inspect and evaluate existing plant conditions for equipment installation. * Coordinate and guide third-party assembly teams, assigning tasks and providing necessary technical support to ensure project execution. * Monitor and assess physical progress of the project against scheduled timelines, identifying required actions to prevent delays. Inspect and approve completed work. * Coordinate and/or perform equipment start-up services. * Arrange, together with the customer, formal acceptance of project completion by presenting the handover protocol. Suggest improvements to the assembly process. * Perform assembly operations. * Comply with company policies, procedures, and/or standards related to work processes, quality management systems, environment, health, safety, labor legislation, as well as safeguarding the organization, custody, security, and confidentiality of documentation under one’s responsibility, and maintaining a clean and orderly workplace. * Carry out other related duties as determined by one’s immediate supervisor. Qualifications * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum experience in the field. * Knowledge of standard equipment, process bridges, and chain hoists. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. * Knowledge of frequency converters and inverters; NRs 01, 06, and 10 (mandatory); NRs 11 and 35 (desirable). * Desirable knowledge of electronics. * Desirable knowledge of industrial automation. * Proficiency in Word and Outlook. * Valid driver’s license (Category B). * Updated knowledge of administrative routine practices.
