More than working at a major institution, it’s about being part of a team that impacts millions of people, contributes to the country’s development, and builds, every day, a more accessible and sustainable future for society. **About the Area** Collections and Credit Recovery (DRC): Our mission is to ensure implementation of the Collections and Credit Recovery Policy, establishing a structured process for collecting overdue amounts, managing authority levels, defining rules and discount limits for debt regularization, assigning responsibilities and delegating authority, segregating functions, and ensuring effective controls to comply with organizational guidelines. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Senior Credit Recovery Analyst, you will work within the Credit area and your main responsibilities will include: * Analyze, structure, and deliberate on high-complexity credit restructuring proposals, evaluating clients’ economic and financial situations, associated risks, and portfolio impacts, with an integrated view of business and market conditions * Serve as a technical reference for the commercial network and partner areas, guiding negotiation strategies, interpreting credit policies, proposing risk mitigation alternatives, and supporting decision-making in highly relevant and sensitive cases * Conduct technical visits and meetings with highly complex and representative clients to deepen understanding of their business models, identify risks and opportunities, and validate assumptions underpinning credit decisions * Define and review provisioning for operations, assessing regulatory classifications, risk indicators, and prospective scenarios, ensuring compliance with current regulations and portfolio management strategy * Participate in defining strategies for recovery, restructuring, and management of significant exposures, monitoring case progression and recommending actions that mitigate risks and optimize portfolio results * Contribute to enhancing credit policies, processes, and methodologies, acting as a knowledge multiplier and supporting the team’s technical development **Work Model** Hybrid — 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco — SP **Profile We Seek** We value professionals who deeply understand clients, collaborate effectively, and transform knowledge into impactful deliverables.
