We would be delighted to assist you. **Your Responsibilities** -------------------------- * Ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence across the entire after-sales partner network; * Define operational targets for after-sales partners and customer service; * Jointly develop action plans with internal teams to drive the development of our partners and their respective regions; * Develop and ensure execution of KPI reports per partner to measure and improve partner performance; * Support the region in implementing new after-sales tools and solutions from headquarters, including preparing these solutions and training the partner network; * Provide technical support to the network of representatives, authorized workshops, and interface departments involved in after-sales processes, clarifying doubts and resolving issues; * Collaborate with other company departments, integrating product technical information and contributing to continuous improvement. **Your Qualifications** ---------------------- * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering or related fields; * Intermediate English and basic Spanish proficiency; * SAP knowledge; * Experience in after-sales and customer service activities; * Experience in Technical Support or Quality Systems activities; * Familiarity with the Consumer Protection Code; * Knowledge of after-sales and customer service performance indicators; * Willingness to travel; * Must reside in Sorocaba – SP. **What We Offer** ------------------------ * Standard benefits, subject to enrollment, including: * Sodexo Meal Card (R$29.00 per day, with employee contribution); * URBES Transportation Benefit (with employee contribution); * UNIMED NACIONAL Health Plan (with employee contribution – dependents up to age 18); * Group Life Insurance (coverage of R$26,000.00, at no cost); * Individual Life Insurance (based on contracted coverage); applicable only if not opting for the group insurance above; * Private Pension Plans (VGBL and PGBL), per company policy and plan; * Education and Language Program (per company policy); * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), per company policy; * Workplace Gymnastics (at no cost); * Attendance Bonus – Monthly Basic Food Basket (per company policy); * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), per company policy.
