If you resonate with our way of being, join our #Simlovers team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for managing medium- and high-complexity outsourcing service projects across core pillars (Printer, PCs, mobile, automation, and meeting), defining resources and timelines based on a structured plan to minimize impact and cost during implementation and ensure maximum quality and satisfaction for internal and external customers until project completion. Main Activities: * 1 \- Develop resource optimization plans—both technical and human—to enhance schedule efficiency and excellence; * 2 \- Create and periodically update project status reports for presentation to stakeholders; * 3 \- Develop project schedules; * 4 \- Lead internal kickoff meetings and client-facing kickoff meetings; * 5 \- Conduct scope planning, including studies and analyses; * 6 \- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency under management; * 7 \- Prepare and deliver client presentations, demonstrating results; * 8 \- Participate in meetings with clients and executive leadership; * 9 \- Monitor performance indicators, generating charts, reports, and dashboards; * 10 \- Organization, ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving, and knowledge of project management methodologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Proficiency in Excel; Relevant work experience; Knowledge of MS Project. **Additional Information** Check out the benefits included in this journey: Profit Sharing (PLR): Above-market recognition, valuing achievements built together.
