Job Summary: We are seeking a Pedagogy Intern to assist teachers, collaborate in material preparation, and support individualized student monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Support individualized student monitoring We are looking for a **Pedagogy Intern** to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Assist lead teachers in classroom activities, adhering to the established pedagogical plan. * Collaborate in preparing teaching materials, visual and digital resources that enhance the teaching\-learning process. * Support individualized student monitoring, especially in cases requiring reinforcement or remediation, as stipulated in the school regulations. * Participate in special projects, pedagogical events, and extracurricular activities, always under faculty supervision. * Contribute to implementing inclusive practices by supporting teachers in adapting activities and monitoring students with specific needs. * Assist in mediating interactions among students, fostering an environment of respect, cooperation, and equity. * Observe teaching methodologies, instructional strategies, and school routines, connecting practice with academic theory studied during training. * Prepare monitoring reports or observation records when requested by coordination or pedagogical supervision. * Support organizing the pedagogical space (materials, resources, and classroom environment). * Collaborate with the school administration or pedagogical coordination on simple tasks such as recordkeeping, document organization, and school communications, when authorized. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Pedagogy; * Organized, strong writing and communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. * Availability: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM \| 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Reside in or have easy access to the Osasco region.
