Perform internal and external cleaning and maintenance **Job Title:** Facilities Assistant – Maintenance and Cafeteria **Work Location:** Alphaville – Barueri/SP **Schedule:** * Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM **Salary:** R$ 1\.931,70 (gross) **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance (according to employee needs) * Meal allowance of R$ 250.00 **About the Role** We are seeking a committed professional to maintain clean and organized environments and support cafeteria services. **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of internal and external areas, keeping spaces organized. * Carry out routine light cleaning tasks (deep cleaning is performed biweekly by an outsourced team). * Organize and keep common areas—such as reception, meeting rooms, and communal spaces—clean and tidy. * Collect and dispose of waste appropriately, following sorting and recycling guidelines. * Organize the cafeteria, prepare and serve coffee and beverages for clients and visitors. * Restock consumables and ensure cafeteria hygiene and proper operation. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Proven experience in this role or in similar activities.
